From a domestic iron ore trader in 2007 to a Four Star Export House moving produtcs globally — this is the story of a group that grew by leading markets early and integrating deeply.

Established in 2007 with a clear vision and determined mindset, KAI International Pvt. Ltd. — formerly Ganpati Mineral Private Limited — set out to leave a lasting global footprint in the mineral and commodities sector.

We began as a domestic trading company dealing in iron ore. With sharp market insights and ambition, we expanded quickly into international trade. Recognising the potential of global markets, we launched our export division in 2008 and soon thereafter achieved a defining milestone — acquiring iron ore mining assets, including operations in Goa.

That move strengthened our operations, ensuring better control over quality, supply consistency, and long-term sustainability. Over the years, we have evolved into a trusted name in the industry, earning the prestigious status of a Four Star Export House along with multiple awards for consistent performance.

To strengthen our vertical integration further, we acquired a steel and power manufacturing facility — Bhaskar Steel Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd. The plant has since been expanded to double its original capacity, enhancing both production and market presence.
